Bourbon Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  •  4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2-3 tbsp. Bourbon
Topping:
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows

Directions

  1.  Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients except for the topping and mash together.
  3. Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 9 baking dish
  4. Top with the brown sugar and pecans
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes and then top with the marshmallows.
  6. Bake for another 5-8 minutes or until the marshmallows are puffy and golden.
