Bloody Mary with Shrimp Skewer



For the Shrimp Skewer:
  • 2 Large Shrimp
  • 2-4 slices Pickled Hot Pepper Slices
  • 1 large slice Prosciutto
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Pickled Onions
  • 2 Green Olives
For the Bloody Mary:
  • 10 oz. Tomato Juice
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 3 oz. Vodka
  • 2 tsp. Horseradish
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
  • 4-5 drops Hot Pepper Sauce


 For the Shrimp Skewer:

  1. Devein shrimp and butterfly (or buy “deveined shrimp”).
  2. Line butterflied area of shrimp with hot pepper slices.
  3. Cut prosciutto in slices and wrap around shrimp.
  4. Secure with a tooth pick.
  5. Rub with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  6. Place on grill pan and grill for 3-5 minutes or until nice and pink
  7. Add a Cherry tomato, onion and green olive to the skewer.
For the Bloody Mary:
  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over ice.
  2. Take shrimp skewer and use as a garnish or as tapas with your drink!
