Mango Raspberry Daiquiri




  • 1 cup mango (peeled and cubed)
  • ¼ cups vodka
  • ¼ cup Chambord
  • 4 T sugar
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 6 cups ice
  • Garnish with fresh mint and raspberries



  1. In a blender, combine mango, vodka, and 2 tablespoons sugar and ice. Blend well.
  2. Pour into a different container.
  3. Rinse blender out then combine Chambord, 2 tablespoons sugar and raspberries. Blend well
  4. Pour mango mixture into martini glass until half full.
  5. Pour a thin layer of raspberry mixture on top of mango mixture.
  6. Fill the rest of the glass with the mango mixture, leaving a small space on the top.
  7. Carefully spoon raspberry mixture on the sides of the glass and then with a toothpick draw the mixture to the center of the glass (See picture)
  8. Garnish with fresh mint and berries.
