- Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine brown sugar and butter and stir until incorporated.
- Add the eggs and the salt and whisk until smooth.
Add the flour and the baking soda and whisk lightly until smooth.
Add the milk, sour cream and cinnamon and stir well.
- Add the bananas and nuts and stir until mixed well.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the bread.
- Enjoy with a spread of butter!
